This Privacy Policy describes how the Elite Aquacare Reporting Tool (the "Application") collects, uses, and protects data. The Application is a private, internal tool used by Elite Aquacare to consolidate its own business data into management reports. It is not offered to, marketed to, or used by the general public.

The Application connects, with authorization, to accounts owned and controlled by Elite Aquacare, and reads business records from them, including:

- Financial records (invoices, income and expense detail, accounts receivable) from QuickBooks Online
- Service and job records (jobs, job costing, customers) from Jobber
- Maintenance and route records (service visits, chemical readings, technician activity, customers) from Pool Brain

The Application accesses this data on a read-only basis. It does not create, modify, or delete records in any connected system.

Data is used solely to generate internal management reports and key performance indicators for Elite Aquacare — for example, revenue by business line, gross margin, route economics, and accounts-receivable aging. The data is not used for any other purpose.

- Reports are generated and stored locally on computers controlled by Elite Aquacare.
- Access credentials (API keys and tokens) are stored locally in a configuration file on the company's own computer and are not transmitted to any third party.
- Access to the data and reports is limited to authorized Elite Aquacare personnel.

Elite Aquacare does not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party. The data is used only within Elite Aquacare for internal reporting.

Data is retained only as long as needed for internal reporting purposes. Connected accounts can be disconnected at any time, and locally stored data and credentials can be deleted at any time, which stops all further access.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when changes are made.
