The Application is provided for the sole and exclusive internal use of Elite Aquacare and its authorized personnel. No license is granted to the general public. The Application is not sold or distributed to third parties.

Authorized users may use the Application to connect to Elite Aquacare's own business accounts and generate internal management reports. The Application accesses connected systems on a read-only basis.

Users may not

:- Use the Application to access data belonging to anyone other than Elite Aquacare;
- Share, sell, or distribute the Application or its output to unauthorized parties;
- Use the Application for any unlawful purpose.

Users are responsible for keeping access credentials (API keys and tokens) secure and stored only on authorized company computers.

The Application is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Reports generated by the Application are for internal informational purposes and should be verified before being relied upon for financial or business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Aquacare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.

This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if the Application's connected accounts are disconnected or the Application is removed.
